WE ARE THE TEAM BEHIND TESS

We are a group of second-year students at Chalmers University of Technology, committed to driving positive change and promoting the improvement of our oceans. Our goal is to assist scientists in their data gathering efforts while also empowering citizens to make informed decisions about their boat activities by measuring water temperature.​

 

Our innovative solution will be presented on May 29th, and we are excited to share our progress with the world. We believe that our project will inspire and encourage people to become the scientists of tomorrow and join us in our efforts to protect and preserve our oceans.

To achieve this goal, we have partnered with SMHI and Ocean Data Factory as part of the Coastal Gap Data Challenge. Together, we have developed a unique product that can be used for personal purposes as well as a contribution to citizen science.​
